Welcome to The Embassy, the official membership community of Master Builders Kingdom Leadership Academy (MBKLA), hosted through the Thinkific platform and affiliated with OmniVertex Group.
By accessing or using our community, courses, or related services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Purpose of The Embassy

The Embassy exists to provide Kingdom-centered leadership training, discipleship, and educational resources in alignment with the mission of MBKLA.
Participation is voluntary, and membership access may be free or paid depending on your enrollment level.

2. Eligibility

To access The Embassy, you must:

• Be at least 16 years old;

• Create an account with accurate and current information; and

• Agree to abide by these Terms and all applicable laws.

MBKLA reserves the right to deny or revoke access if terms are violated or behavior conflicts with our community standards.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use this community only for lawful and constructive purposes, including:

• Engaging in discussions with integrity and respect;

• Maintaining confidentiality of private or ministry-related information; and

• Refraining from harassment, solicitation, or unauthorized promotion.

MBKLA may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

4. Intellectual Property

All content within The Embassy—including text, graphics, videos, resources, and materials—belongs to MBKLA or its licensors unless otherwise noted.
You may access this content for personal and educational use only. Reproduction, redistribution, or resale without written consent is prohibited.

5. Payments and Donations

Some programs and memberships are free; others are fee-based.

• All payments are processed securely through Thinkific or designated third-party platforms.

• MBKLA is a nonprofit organization currently awaiting IRS tax-exempt status. Until final determination, contributions or fees may not be tax-deductible.

• Refunds, where applicable, follow the policy stated at the time of purchase.

6. External Links and Affiliates

The Embassy may include links to external sites, including OmniVertex Group and MBKLA publishing partners.
MBKLA is not responsible for the content or practices of those external sites. Visiting them is at your discretion.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Embassy and all MBKLA content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, completeness of materials, or specific outcomes from participation.

8. Limitation of Liability

MBKLA, its officers, affiliates, and partners will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use this platform or its materials.

9. Termination of Access

MBKLA may suspend or terminate access at any time for conduct inconsistent with our mission, values, or these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to access community materials immediately ceases.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updates will be effective upon posting, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of those updates.
